He said the proposal from the Mister of Transport was for the Vice President, the speaker of Parliament and the Chief Justice only but the NDC MPs set their condition that if MPs are not given similar privilege in the L.I, they won't pass it and for that matter the bill remained at the Parliament sub committee level until the MPs were added.
