  his huge profit returns doesn't come to Ghana , it goes to Nigeria or else where-
  how does this import of clinkers into the country benefited the ordinary taxpayer and the Ghana economy at large ?
  if the clinker in Ghana could support only Ghacem to manufacture cements for the use in the country and sell the surplus abroad - we must look at that as a nation.
  
  why is china becoming the most country which has a lot of benefits from their manufacturing ?
  they manufacture to be used in China , and sell the surplus abroad that is self reliance only for profit making.
  there are a lot of weeds in the country that need pesticide to clear them off before we could take of as a country
