if you don't have money to roll out the Free SHS policy - what is preventing the government from reviewing the policy so that the constitutional mandated free SHS could be achieved?
which part in the developed world do the government paid the tuition and other fees for the rich people in that country ?

if Ghana is that rich to absolved the cost of SHS fine let it cover everybody
but
if Ghana don't have the full capacity in resources to finance the Free SHS let those who could pay ,pay for it, and give scholarship to those brilliant but poor to get access to SHS this is what we are talking about.

It's imperative that the Free SHS goes through a review,it shouldn't be the same module of what Nkrumah offered to the Northern part of Ghana.
There was no secondary school in the North under the British colonial rule.The South had some few secondary schools.
Kwame Nkrumah decided to bridge the gap of literacy between the North and the South.
The North also didn't have the economic and administrative muscles by then that's why Nkrumah took that initiative.
Nana Addo has now expanded the FSHS which is good and fair but should allow rich or able parents to pay for their wards.
That's the only way we can sustain it.Tnx.
