  I think fencing the school can go a long way to solve the problem. I know this area very well and it's long over due in solving this. Most at times wee smokers enter the school compound and do whatever they like to do. Please ...

Most at times wee smokers enter the school compound and do whatever they like to do. Please authorities in charge wake up before it is too late. Let those who have ears to hear hear.
