The capital city Accra is a big village, all the residential areas are full of dust.The regions and rural areas are deplorable. 10 billion cedis should have paved about 90% of all roads in Ghana but what do we see, single lane roads causing head-on collision and killing Ghanaians. Half of the amount mentioned went to the pockets of the politicians.
