  I am convinced in my mind NPP deliberately orchestrated this nonsensical act in order to attract public sympathy but failed even before it planned. We know what their bombs manufacturing specialist ancestors did during all previous governments and to themselves that have transmogrified into murderous National Poisonous Party.
