We spend 3 hours in traffic every day from the Ashiaman roundabout to Afianya. The construction should start from there.
People don't realise should construction start at Ashaiman roundabout the current congestion would worsen.
so the government waited all this while without showing up. now that election is getting closer, want to do something. all because you want to syphon money for election.

Just read the article, bro. The project started 2yrs ago but stalled due to the debt restructuring. With that out of the way, the contractor is now back to site.
