    Ghana needs the big guns to stand up and be counted, so we are asking our institutions of higher learning if they have equipped these fellows with the requisite knowledge and skills to do the job of governing the country

    I never knew that every budget by governments should have new taxes introduced and that if new taxes are not introduced in a budget, then that is a relief. What type of warp thinking is this?
