  What is this guy talking about? He used the word "alleged" (meaning it's a hearsay) and he's instructing the IGP . What bunch of backward characters are these? Anyway, he belongs to where they are yet to see the light so am not surprise. How can you set your own questions , write and mark them? Main characteristics of the NDC functionaries.
