  Who taught these NPP Policy makers and implementers Economics? How can you say the Banking sector is recovering and at the same time say that the sector is facing rising non performing loans?
  
  This is sheer stupidity. One of the key incoming earning channels of the banks is granting of loan and if the banks are facing difficulties in recovering the loans, how can you say that they are doing well.
