  if you are doing this deliberately to shift focus and responsibilities , then you are part of the problem instead of being part of the solution.
  
  what ever hardly and falsely you might to try do this type of shallow analysis , the reality would definitely expose your ignorant.
  if a driver looses focus in a well planned and engineered road, it won't cause a death threat accident.
  in every highway - these type of issues are well factored, that is why in the developed countries, you would see the width of the road bigger than the 2 or 3 lane. it has a meaning.
  in a well constructed street or road, you may see the shoulder of the road been built with about 10cm high, it has a meaning.
  I hate people like you, instead of calling for the right to be done in preventing accident, you always keep written rubbish

  All what you're saying come at a cost. Are you saying until we have those problems fixed we shd continue to import home used and inferior tyres?Let us control what we can until we improve our economy to do the best.
