  Had to quit reading there,, if you dont understand your own comments over that topic then I cant take the rest of you comments seriously.If you have a wood vessel with to much weight and it pitches upward 15ft on a wave and slams into the next wave either the bow is going under or the ship will break. That could be why the sailors threw cargo over the ship.
