  The quantity of this work was known long time. Dual lanes or ten lanes is a difference. The affected land owners took this case to court and at this stage of the project??? However one kilometer costs more than US DOLLARS 1 Million. In the past two years not much work was done.

  This Contractor lacks capacity to construct the road. How can you fail to complete a 33.6km road in 4 years and still request for extension. He has failed the government big time and because its election year, he is pretending and giving excuses. The road has only few machines working on the ground causing unnecessary traffic and accidents to civilians. I wont go far. Just in south south Africa, a 33.6 kilometer would have been completed within 4 months because the contractors have the capacity with heavy duty machines to work day and night. Since when did contractor realize that now they have to work day and night which they could have done long ago? Because its getting to election so he is pretending to be serious. People should stop taken the citizens as fools these days. I rest my case
