These are regions which do not have either a traditional university or a technical university. Why packing more universities into Eastern, Ashanti and Greater Accra regions?

The standard of university education Sub-Saharan Africa is subpar. As the mini says it constitutes 40%. In spite of the unemployment in Ghana, graduates can find employment outside of the country. Qualified candidates can have jobs anywhere in the world. The brain drain can result in financial repatriation to Ghana. University education is now a primary requirement.
Remember when Ghanaian teachers were needed in West African countries several years ago, the same thing can happen to qualified Ghanaian graduates.
