You don't need to be told this. Absolute power is entrusted by the people to the president as enshrined in the Ghanaian constitution. You can call Bawumia any name you like, but the truth is he has no power to stop the president from pursuing anything in government. However, it doesn't mean he has no contribution in government. He provides good policy ideas. If they're accepted and implemented successfully he'd be part of the success. And if they're rejected he's still part of the failure but can't be blamed for it. But, one thing you should always keep in mind is that what you can do as president you can never do as a vice president. And this is true anywhere in the world.
