How can they release funds they don't have? They have been spending way too much on election related presidential "gifts" to the country which are nowhere covered in the budget.

Hon Minister for Finance please release monies earmarked for projects, monies for locked up funds for investors etc. Note and I repeat note that these monies mentioned in the mid year budget are not for campaign. For Jehovah ...
