  THEY WANT TO LEARN THE ENGLISH TO HAVE AN ADVANTAGE WORLDWIDE WHILE THEY MAINTAIN THEIR CULTURE IN THEIR COUNTRY.

  This is stupid practically. It is a GOOD IDEA to encourage learning of Ga Adangme, in principle. But the cost should be born by the Ga Traditional Council. AMA collects taxes from all residents in Accra. And the revenues should be used to benefit all, and not one tribe.

  The Ga language is fast going, going and almost gone. It is the Adangme factor that is keeping it gasping for breath. The Ga tradional council has been sleeping for way way too long. You must wake up and do more than this.

  IF GOVERNMENT PASSES A LAW THAT ONLY GA AND DANGBE SHOULD BE TAUGHT IN GREATER ACCRA SCHOOLS LIKE IT WAS BEFORE, IMAGINE IT.

  GOOD START. CONTACT TEACHERS IN THE SHSs AS WELL WHO CAN GIVE YOU STUDENTS,NOT EVERYONE CAN COME OR WRITE TO AMA. THE TEACHERS CAN GIVE YOU STUDENTS WHO COMPLETE AND ARE WILLING TO DO IT.

  INSIST DIRECTORS OF EDUCATION ARE INDIGENOUS AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE,SAME FOR HEADTEACHERS AND POLICY MAKERS.
  INSIST IN THE TEACHING OF ONLY GA DANGBE IN YOUR PUBLIC SCHOOLS.
  THIS IS NOT TRIBALISM OR ETHNOCENTRISM, ITS THE SAME IN MOST OF THE OTHER REGIONS.
  YOUR POLICY WILL ONLY SUCCEED IF THOSE IN SENSITIVE POSITIONS SUPPORT IT.
