We should surcharge this cost against who terminated their contract. The issue of their lawyers have cropped up. Hope not another loot and share.
In the first place who signed that contract it is NDC or NPP 2015 where was NPP at times let us be fair to ourselves as if the present government is to be blamed for the sins of NDC who signed that contract
