The very moment you get married or produce a child, YOU HAVE VOLUNTARILY INVITED THE STATE ( WATCHDOG ) INTO YOUR PRIVATE AFFAIRS, should anything come to occur.

People with very HIGH IQ DO NOT INVITE/PERMIT THE STATE/WATCHDOG INTO THEIR PEACEFUL PRIVATE LIFE BY NOT COMMITTING THEMSELVES TO ANYTHING CALLED MARRIAGE OR PRODUCING CHILDREN.

Simple as that.

That's why most WESTERN COUNTRIES MARRIAGES AND CHILDBIRTH ARE DRASTICALLY SHRINKING ( going down ), because, CITIZENS ARE BECOMING WISER BY NO LONGER COMMITTING THEMSELVES TO SUCH THINGS CALLED MARRIAGE OR BEARING CHILDREN.

Thousands of Ghanaians are dying each year because of TOXIC MARRIAGES, including some of my own friends.

If you have the choice NOT TO CROSS THE ROAD BECAUSE YOU COULD BE KNOCKED DOWN BY MOTORISTS, I don't think a rational being would choose to cross the road. Crossing the road, sleeping or any other activities that require NECESSITIES DO NOT FALL UNDER CHOICE. They fall under,.... COMPULSORY/MUST/OBLIGATION....

MARRIAGE on the other hand... DOES NOT FALL UNDER COMPULSORY OR OBLIGATION.... MARRIAGE IS A FREE CHOICE....

You can choose to get married, but you CANNOT CHOOSE NOT TO SLEEP OR NOT TO CROSS THE ROAD TO BUY MEDICINE....

The laws should not be making it difficult for parties in a marriage to seek a dissolution of their marriage. People should have the same easy right to end a marriage just as they easily entered into their marriage. When one files for a dissolution of marriage, it's usually because the one is no longer happy being in that marital relationship, and it makes no sense to have laws that create unnecessary hurdles to overcome before a dissolution can be granted.
