  Its the IGP with advise from the Attorney-General. This SP has got no clue how things works in Ghana. He is running the OSP as if he is the Odikro of his village!

  Telling them that our advanced system of jurisprudence influenced by goat pepper soup, bribing judges with prostitutes have used very advanced methods of investigation (including consulting Nogokpo) to determine that the British Courts useless investigations was very faulty with their investigations so in the name of Nogokpo and Antoa Nyame they should strike out the case else the combined force of Nogokpo and Antoa will deal with those useless British judges!
