The special prosecutor was tasked to find evidence of Mahama’s so called crimes, but he didn’t find any. If the government is not satisfied, he should look for evidence but you can’t convict someone simply because you suspect him of committing a crime. Show the evidence.

1 court is there to make pronouncement on valid issues and complains
2. the importance in investigations is that- it gives you more information to adjust yourself to either you have a valid case or you don't have supportive evidence to back your claims.- this is why investigative body could clear an accused of no wrong doing or implicate the accused of crime committed.
3. so if the investigative body said - they have finished their investigations and they could not find anything that implicate the accused- they have the power to make their findings clear and known .$
if you are so pissed and still don't believed the outcome of the investigation - you have the right to still lodge another complain for different investigative body to start another investigations.

what the OSP want to communicate with fools like you and those criminals IN THE aKUFFU aDDO LED ADMINISTRATION is that
as far as the OSP is concerned and mandated- they at OSP has closed the chapter and would not do any investigation again on this issue- because the thorough investigation report shows that Mahama has done nothing wrong.

You're ignorant. The Special Prosecutor has the function of investigating complaints handed to him, then making a decision as to whether a particular case warrants prosecution. Those cases that don't warrant prosecution are then dismissed, and the courts have no hand in that decision since the cases never went before the court. With such ignorance gushing from your head, how can you rightly claim to be a law-maker? Your devious and desperate NPP thieving liars just wanted to use the Special Prosecutor to carry out NPP's dirty work without any regard for for law, and the Special Prosecutor clearly smelled that rat and nipped it in the bud.
