"One Million Coders Programme (OMCP): This initiative will be implemented through a public-private partnership to provide free training to one million (1,000,000) youth with knowledge and skills for: coding and programming, web developing, apps development, etc. expand opportunities in the knowledge and ICT based economy." Both JDM and DMB are in favour or the Digitalisation programme.
