The school feeding program is a laudable initiative and I think it ought to be sustained. The program will be cheaper if most but not all of the ingredients are locally produced. Towns and villages in Ghana lack libraries, and so the pupils cannot get books to read. The govt must therefore initiative a 1-town-1-library project to solve the problem. Akyem Nsutam, for example, hasn't got a library, so pupils who want to read don't have books to read.
