If previous NDC erred in judgment to release land,it should be corrected and not upheld with minor modifications.
STOP. This is a bad decision. BUY their land. They will receive instalment for next 30 to 40 years at rate on par with inflation.

Win-win for 30 million people not benefit ton family and willing buyers behind scene.

Think good heath, think less polluted city with unique forest in middle like no other city in the world.

If even that track of land were to be privately owned government will have to compulsory acquire it because of its ecological importance to the region. Fortunately it's already government owned. There's no basis for the return. At worst if anything the family could be compensated for any residual interest they may have. The talk about this government being bound by decisions of preceding government is crass nonsense. This is a scandal in the making; let's test this in court for common good for our beloved country.
