  Madam Karen, you have touched on another sensitive matter, the cost of credit in Gh. and the ingredients that add up to the building of it.The Ghana Statistical Service and sometimes the BoG at the Start of the year visit some of our markets collect the prices of foodstuff, find a way to aggregate rent and other living cost and composite a figure as inflation add their own spread and tell our lending institution that is the cost of their funds if they wish to borrow them
  Now if you take farming in Gh. the subsistence nature of it and the challenges the farmers face to borrow our Second Lady's words it will be out to taste to take anything from them talkless of the science of their cost of operations worst still is the behavior of Govt. Ministry of Agric responsible for alleviating their basic burden who don't know their left from their right
