  When this case is finally thrown out, Tobin must be charged with causing financial loss in terms of legal fees as well as opportunity cost for FDA officials who spent time on this case instead of doing their regular works. On ...

  When this case is finally thrown out, Tobin must be charged with causing financial loss in terms of legal fees as well as opportunity cost for FDA officials who spent time on this case instead of doing their regular works. Only God knows the number of cases that were delayed or left unresolved because of this distraction.
  The NPP is counting on this money for 2024 capaign. Tobin is running on the NPP ticket in Accra.

  How many witnesses did FDA present. Did the current CEO and past CEO testify to explain the actions by FDA. Tobinco has himself admitted that he brought some fake products and FDA caught him importing unregistered, untested and substandard products. Yet it appears the case was handled to ensure it failed and to get a 93m pay day.
