These galamsey activities are backed by galamsey kingpins at the Flag Staff House. I saw these activities on the Konongo stretch of the Accra/Kumasi highway a few weeks ago while driving to Tamale and I was shocked to the marrow. Clearly visible from the main road.
Reports have it that most of the galamsey going on now is my NPP communicators who feel neglected and have also abandoned the TV screens and radio studios and looting what they can before they exit power on 7th December.
