If you want to know when land was sold you don't rely on the date a land Certificate is issued. The requirement of land certification is a later day requirement and there are lands sold many years ago whose current owners have yet to apply for land certification. Stop flaunting your ignorance.

His allegation that the ruling government has embarked on state capture of state turned out that all the lands he has been complaining about were captured and sold by NDC under Mahama's administration.
