  There would not be action once an issue gets political. The only thing that works in Ghana - let the opposition or presidential candidate raise it. Anything that threatens votes gets immediate attention. That is why our country is so dysfunctional. Actions are not based on thoughtful analysis and reason. It's all about the votes and power.
