To pass their exams, the students may give him what he's taught or brain washed them but the smart ones amongst them know the difference. They''ll debunk his empty theories in practice.

Even if crimes that were committed in secrecy would be exempted from punishment in the court of law, homosexuality would not be included/exempted, because homosexuals are not just committing their abominable act in private, they are bringing it in the open and they are asking the rest of us to allow them to do it. So however you interpret or misinterpret the law regarding privacy, homosexuality would still be punishable in the court of law. Thank you Supreme Court, thank you Sam George for the anti LGBT Bill - it is the anti LGBT Bill that has brought all these discussions and interpretations and rulings. God bless Ghana.

Ghana as a country would get the best out of the best brains when it comes to delivering judgements.
I always ask my self- that
why do we as lawyers and judges do quoted other judges from other jurisdictions to sometimes make our point ?
*it is because we find some sensibilities of importance
in those writing judgements * that is the reason we do quoted them.
are those judges more human than our judges ? NO
any time a judge stands for the truth and seek the truth, his judgement becomes a quote of the day.
I would love that a lot of judges or lawyers from other jurisdiction may use the wisdoms , the senses of our judges in Ghana by quoting them.
allow our judges to use their own own brains in delivering judgements
so that their wisdoms would be also quoted for legal educations in the world
