Whether stage managed or not let us keep them off the street.Some are not beggers or don't even need help they go there to commit crimes.Whilst others use that place as a learning point to study the act of stealing

Just reminds me of this young man who used to regularly beg for alms at the 37 Military Hospital "roundabout"; then he was offered employment at a Kaneshie company by a Good Samaritan. In no time he had quit and was back at the same spot, this time touting gum and other small wares, and sadly, sooner than later he was back to begging for alms, and you guessed it, same area/spot. What gives? what will it take? Perhaps, more than just an offer, but even if 2-3 take it up and succeed, its 2-3 folks off the street. The multiplier effect, just imagine.
