They always knew there was no way he could build and complete such a magnitude of project within such a short period and that's exactly what is happening, pray that u even are able to complete and convert one into an operationalized hospital before the elections. Is agenda a reality? NDC is not used to slogans but perform. The numerous uncompleted buildings by ndc were not under any theme, but they were constructed.
Build them and stop the cheap talk.
