What gratitude is the Board talking about? What is the financial health of ADB? Is it better today than before she joined the Board? And how many loans were given to her cronies? By the way, she wasn’t doing a volunteer job. She was receiving fat allowances from the Bank, except now that she’s going to take even fatter envelopes by virtue of her Board membership on the two entities.
