  Where do cmb get money to pay the interest on the loans wouldn’t it have been better if even the loans are secured locally through 3months bills and paid after sale of the cocoa
  Ur foreign exchange earnings will not be short charge by interest payments
  Please cmb don’t allow foreign banks participate in raising local cedis to purchase cocoa

  Now we know! The devil is always in the details, they say! The board chairman of the cocoa board, just came and threw dust into the dust of Ghanaians. "Oh for the first time in some 30 years, we're not going for an international loan". They're not going there because they're not credit worthy. The international community does not trust them for paying back the loans if they give them. These NPPs are scammers! They've brought Ghana unto her knees and they have to go.
