  Eeeiii!!! NPP paaa be this. Kyeres3, these crop of Nana Addo appointees are so dump and useless. You owe contractors over 3 billion cedis and you want them to do what? So you think you can pay a contractor 5 percent of the amount you owe and expect him to go back to work. You guys are sick in the head.
