Now Free SHS was implemented without any plan and therefore distorted the academic calendar, rendering confusion and disorganization in the whole educational system. Did you assess the cost it brought parents and other stakeholders? Do you the excessively overrun cost of implementation has impact on the economy and has also contributed to the current breakdown in our financial situation in this country. How can a program of this nature run without feasibility study? No large scale change goes without piloting and feasibility? Yes, enrolment increased but at a dangerously high cost to the nation, students(psychological) effect of Red, Gold, Green alternative time on campus and home. Parents spent far extra money to their children under private tuition at home. Talk about the low quality of graduates. So Kabila go and study and do proper analysis next time and stop quarter baked analysis you do on kokrokoo. It amounts to propaganda

Every development policy has positive and negative sides, so discretion is necessary in arriving at what will benefit the masses.
