  Well done GRA there's always a way of doing things.1 give every trader a tin number so that they can voluntarily pay for peace of mind.visit those who dnt pay and find out their problems,educate them,create accountants to educate them, support them and explain to them the importance of paying tax.finally use the tax to provide their needs especially the market places,create proper pavement gutters, toilet facilities,clean water, emergency clinic and prayer rooms and they will thank u and Ghana will be a place to leave.
