  As it stands now, our constitution shield former Presidents from prosecution, after office., that’s the indemnity clause. It was the clause papa JJ, inserted to protect himself from going to Jail. This clause has benefited both our two living former Presidents, i mean Kuffour and Mahama and unfortunately the current President will also benefit of it, until it is change or removed from constitution
