    A collapsed state does not trsin nurses who qualify to work in the UK. A failed nurse is yhe one who cannot get a job in the UK. Ghana had not failed. It is the UK who failed.

    People migrating out of their country is not an indicator of bad economy. A lot of professionals including nurses have been migrating from UK to Canada and Australia and vice versa.
