Who? Which Bawumia? This fool?
I nearly bought into this scam until i witnessed Bawumia's media engagement on Sunday, clearly Bawumia is an embodiment of incompetence, ineptitude, cluelessness and tomfoolery.
What benefit would this registration bring to the children. This is waste of money and an avenue to chop chop.
Was thinking the same. These guys just want to waste money we don’t have.

This is not the right time to register minors when EC devices are going missing with a pending election around the corner.
All political parties must stop this. Why not do that when.they turn 16 years?
