  Somebody please remind me. Were applicants required to provide a telephone number and if they did, have they been contacted for their cards?
  
  It's a shame that there are no contact details on these cards. Take our NHIS cards for instance, there are plenty of misplaced ones on display at our hospitals. There's no way to contact their owners.
  
  Finally, if NIA is keeping all these plenty cards with no means of getting them to their owners and these owners apply for new ones, are they saying that they are going to prosecute them for multiple registration or am I missing something?

  THERE IS TOO MUCH LAXITY IN OUR PENAL SYSTEM, HENCE, THE NUMEROUS CRIMINAL ACTIVIES IN THE COUNTRY. AND WITH THE PRESENCE OF SO MANY NIGERIANS IN OUR COUNTRY, CRIME HAS TRIPLED.
