Ablakwa reminds me of the fox that went up to a crow perched high on a tree branch with a piece of meat in its beak, to praise it of its sweet voice. They would use flattery to get to your good side, and stab you in the back when you drop your guard. Their mischief is typically driven by a desire to smear your reputation.

In Okudzeto Ablakwa's case, to shred the reputation of people he perceives to be his political enemies so that his NDC would look good. Where was Ablakwa when Mahama flew to Turkey in 2012, one week after taking office, to chase some gold shipment to Iran in a plane owned by his brother Ibrahim Mahama? What became of that "fortuitous", trip nobody knows. Ablakwa is not worth the bother. Just a notorious MP.
