No mention is made of where the leaders will get the resources to accomplish those big dreams. Electorates should think beyond promises and hold their leaders accountable. If you promised to arrest the exchange rate and put the key in your pocket, we expect that to happen irrespective of the changing circumstance on the ground. if you promised a cathedral, we expect a cathedral and not a $58 million debt hole, even if there were COVID 19 and Russia Ukraine war. It beholds every responsible government to be resilient to withstand catastrophic shocks. A promised to build a hospital includes the building and all the necessary equipment for the operation of the facility.

We Ghanaians we talk too much and do nothing. Our leaders do not understand simple economics which they claim to have studied. " There is a saying that if you don't have to invent the wheel but learn to arrange the wheel" That is exactly what Ghana needs to do. Learn to arrange the wheel.
We also need a cultural transformation through a very rapid revolution. Our mindset has to change to be competitive.
Our educational system has to be revolutionalize to combine theory with practice. Therefore the Universities need to take the lead. Practicals and hands on will help.
We should also be taught to work harder and not rely on anyone for help.
Success in life is hardwork hardwork and hardwork. Nothing can replace that.
We also need a great economic and financial planning.
\Our legal system need to undergo changes too. It is too much based on the British archaic aristocratic system.
I can teel the US has a great Legal system. For example when a case is called the Judge tries it to the end. No adjournment. If you lie in court you can be charged for perjury even if you are just a witness.
In the nutshell : we are not progressing because we have a system that does not work. There are too many entitled people in the country. Our Kings and Chiefs are too entitled but have no clue of governing.

They made us the country that imports everything and produces nothing of what it needs.
