  The person who was a ranking member of the health department, decided to come to a certain hospital for a visual inspection of the elevator system after some comments were made about being dysfunctional, and caused the closing of some wards because there was no access.
  Now, I don't see anything wrong doing that ,The ranking member most likely came to the hospital to offer some assistance. Knowing Ghana as I do,these Elevators most likely were not working for some time.perhaps weeks ,we don't know.
  One of the reasons the Elevators were not working is because WHO IS GOING TO PAY FOR IT ?...CONTRACTORS KNOW FULL WELL,THAT DOING ANY CONTRACT WORKS FOR THIS GOVERNMENT, RUN THE RISK OF NOT BEING PAYED
  TO DO THE JOB.
  ..HENSE THEY ARE NOT FIXED YET.
  So this Professor who is responsible for the running of some parts of the hospital, challenged the guy from the Health Dept......and was a bit miffed
  That someone from outside came to inspect the Professors little domain?
  Someone from the inside of the Hospital tipped off the health office .citing dysfunction Elevators, and I believe not fixed yet today and may not for some time until WHO IS GONNA PAY.?.
  THE PROFESSOR NEEDS A REALITY CHECK, HE IS ONLY A PUBLIC SERVANT ,JUST LIKE GUY FROM THE HEALTH DEPT......BUT STEPPING ON HIS TURF UPSET THE POOR MAN!

  These people are tickling themselves and laughing. Akandorvnever had the chance to get near the elevators because Dr Aryee said they did not k ow him. The lifts were being repaired already so he claimed that it was because of his 24 HR economy ultimatum that made them to repair it.
