I guess from the PNDC time to date, that has been the case. At least when such lands are being sold, we the neutrals ought to be informed so that can also seek to buy them.
By the way, the reference to the Principal as a Lawyer speaks volumes of how reporters stand in awe of lawyers. The man is the principal of the school and not Lawyer...Lawyer this and lawyer that....Ghana people!!
