We shouldn't blame Ken Ofori Atta exclusively for our economic problems. Parliament is complicit because they have to check the executive against excessive and careless borrowing. You are bankrupt and cannot pay your debt yet ...

Minorities are just doing that but no support from the majority
Blame your npp in parliament. if you hear that parliament approves something, then it is the majority that approved it.
All they do in Ghana parliament is to approve all these loans. Meanwhile, no one sees the projects. They just share the monies and use for campaigns. How sad
And afterwards , the NDC will turn around and blame the NPP for taking on lots of debt — they are all complicit !!
Agree with you @Operege.
They are not. The approval is always by the Majority in parliament. The NDC opposes things but the majority always use their numbers to approve it.
Oh my goodness! When will this malafukas learn?
Useless parliamentarians
I hope the opposition will not turn round to smear the ruling government for taking the loan although they are partakers.
I THOUGHT THOSE PIGS OF THE LYING FRATERNITY CLAIM THEY HAVE SOLVED THE COUNTRY'S ENERGY PROBLEM!
90 million consultancy fee? Wow. Money in somebody's pocket.

I'm very disappointed at Ghana parliament, they are the country down fall. Upon all the money akufo and Bawumia borrowed they still sake loan from outside the country. Very sad.
How pathetic.
We recall parliament to $250 million for state, while a minister died with $30million in his bank account.
Together they steal x1000 of what we borrow.
Both minority and majority are same. how can a consultation fee alone cost 90m, how much is left to solve the problem itself?. i smell a rat
