  Majority of road accidents in Ghana are due to severely bad roads and human factor. Whereas Capital investments in road network is suffering drastic decline, corruption incline leads to poorly executed works thereby resulting in their early detoriation.
  
  Additionally, unlike elsewhere, most of our private and commercial drivers are haphazardly trained by untrained haphazard trainers. Therefore the whole human and infrastructure systems must be overhauled.
  
  Highways must be dual carriageway to reduce the frequency of head on collisions which are the major cause of deaths on our roads
