  You are right. This is very expensive for countries like The Netherlands and some States in US that have legalised it. Cannabis is widely used in the Pharmaceutical industry. Ghanaians should be allowed and licensed to cultivate them under supervision for export. Cannabis can contribute to about 35% of Ghana's foreign earns and also create a chain of employment for the youths. The growers, labourers, harvesting, packaging, transporting, and finally exporting. Why burns it when Ghana can earn much from it?
