  If a a country develops a project with financial or technical assistance from abroad, that doesn't make it a foreign project. Akosombo was built with US funds and technology. But Ghanaians proudly and rightfully claim it as their own. Similarly, Ghana Gas was built with a Chinese loan. Even Jubilee House was mostly funded by India. So, the projects displayed on the currencies are not Chinese even if they were built with the help of China.
