    Do the cars don't have lights some drivers can see in the night they have poor eye sight others drive careless and dangerous and don't have regards for pedestrians

    Yao I'm sure you don't drive but if you do you'll reason with the driver. It's sad that a life was lost but it's not all drivers who are careless.
